You will receive a full refund if a babysitter can't be found in the available time.

Sitter rates vary based on the needs of the job. At Happy Hearts, we are proud to bring you extensive experience in our sitters, so their rates start at $35. Please see our starting rates below. Please ensure you check rates directly with your assigned sitter when they make contact.

• Standard Monday - Saturday rate for 1-2 children, $35; 3 children, $38; 4+ children, $42

• Sunday rate for 1-2 children, $38; 3 children, $42; 4+ children, $45

• Public Holiday rate for 1-2 children, $45; 3 children, $50; 4+ children, $55

• New Years Eve rate for 1-2 children, $55; 3 children, $60; 4+ children, $65

You will pay your sitter directly via the agreed payment method.

If you need to cancel a confirmed booking for a Casual Sitter, please take note of the following cancellation fees:

• If you cancel your booking anytime before the role, you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice before the role, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.

• If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice before the role, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.

Please be aware of these cancellation fees. They will be paid through the same method as the booking fee.
