Here is how it works
Our Recruitment process starts with a lot of heart, energy and responsibility. We want your children to be looked after by someone who is reliable, legally checked, engaged and passionate. We do this by extensive interviews, making sure the candidate is a 100% candidate for the role.
We interview and spend time with 1 to 2 nannies that we think would be suitable for your little family and the role you have. Post interviews we will send you their CV, Certificates and Profile.
You and your family will choose which ones you would like to interview and we arrange the interviews to happen.
We have a 6 week Guidance Period. The first 6 weeks is when you really get to know each other. And if in these first 6 weeks the Nanny chosen isn't a great fit, we’ll find you another Nanny without charging any more fees - winning!
Payment Options
Option 1 - We Manage The Nanny
We will take care of the entire recruitment process, including interviews, legal requirements, and reference checks. We'll present 1-3 suitable candidates, and once you’ve chosen the perfect nanny for you, we'll employ them long-term.
The Recruitment fee is anywhere from 5% - 10% of your Nanny’s Annual Salary.
You'll enjoy nanny security and stress-free obligations, as we take care of everything. We employ your Nanny and are responsible for your nanny's wage, superannuation, payroll, PAYG, administration, and GST. We also mentor your Nanny with monthly catch ups!
Option 2 - You Manage The Nanny
We will help you find the perfect nanny by taking care of the recruitment process, including interviews, legal requirements, and reference checks. Once we find 1-3 suitable candidates, we present them to you.
The Recruitment Fee is anywhere from 5% - 10% of your Nanny’s Annual Salary.
We have a 6-week guidance period to ensure your satisfaction with your nanny, and then you can choose to employ your nanny privately through our recommended company Nanny Pay or on your own through their ABN.
